| 摘 要： | 介绍了印制电路板在线测试的原理，并侧重阐述近几年开发的新测试技术，结出了不同测试技术的特点，结果表明：预计非矢量测试技术和在线测试技术以及边界扫描技术的联合使用，将是未来电路板测试的重要方法。

| Abstract: | The principle of PCB in circuit test is introduced, and new testing technology developed in recent years is particularly described.The result expatiates that the combination of predicted vectorless test and in circuit test with boundary scan test is a dominant method to test circuit board in future. |
