摘    要:目的 将高灵敏度的生物传感技术与高特异性免疫反应相结合,研制诊断日本血吸虫病的压电免疫传感器。方法 采用柱层析方法纯化日本血吸虫31/32kDa分子抗原,然后将该抗原分子包被石英晶振,观察不同抗原浓度、检测时同及其频移植的变化,并对样品进行重复检比较。结果 基于化分子抗原建立的压电免疫传感器对阳性血清样品 具有较高的识别能力,而且还能定量测定血清样本中的抗体水平。结论采用免疫传感技术将是实现快速定

Abstract:Aim To develop a new type piezoelectric immunobiosensor by combining a high sensitivity of biosensor with high specificity of immunodiagnostic method for diagnosis of Schistosoma japonicum(Sj) Methods Major diagnostic antigens of Sj31/32 kDa molecule were purified by column chromatography method Then, the quartz crystal surface was coated by the antigenic molecule, the coating concentration of antigen and detection time on frequency responses were investigated Results The infected-rabbit sera with Sj were analyzed with the above mention methods and the result showed that the new type immunobiosensor techniques is not only reached high detection ratio in the positive sera samples and also can be quantitatively determined the antibody level of patients with Schistosoma japonicum Conclusion The establishment of the piezoelectric immunosensor techniques will take an essential role in the diagnosis of schistosomiasis using experimental equipment and also it has laid the foundation for further research of Sj immunosensor
