| 摘 要： | 自杀基因治疗是随着分子生物学等相关学科的发展而兴起的一项疾病治疗技术，可应用于肿瘤的治疗。本文对消化道肿瘤自杀基因治疗的方法进行了综述，重点介绍了自杀基因治疗的体系、直接效应和旁观者效应等，并对未来的发展作了展望。

| Abstract: | Suicide gene therapy is a new therapy technology based on molecular biology and other related subjects. It can be used in the treatment of cancers. This article summarizes some methods of suicide gene therapy on alimentary canal cancer, specifically the system of suicide gene therapy, the direct effect and bystander effect of suicide gene therapy, and its future development. |
