摘    要:介绍了利用三维设计软件对旋流板捕雾器进行了参数化建模,与传统二维图纸设计相比做到了精确表达尺寸关系,直观地反映其结构特点。利用关键参数控制模型尺寸,省去了繁杂的公式计算过程,其设计尺寸与理论公式计算结果基本吻合,并且可以依据工艺专业的需要进行快速精准设计,满足了工程设计的需要。

Abstract:In this article, the method of building parametrical model for cyclone spray-catcher by using 3-D design software was introduced. Compared with traditional 2-D design method, sizes and structure can be precisely expressed. In this method, model sizes are controlled with key parameters and calculation process can be saved. The designed sizes from this method are comparatively similar to calculated results from theoretical equation. Moreover, by using this method, fast calculation can be carried out based on the data from the results of process design, thus, the requirements of engineering design can be met.
