摘    要:以EQ6111LH客车为例,采用有限元法分析了整车扭转刚度和模态.通过灵敏度分析,了解了车身骨架不同构件的质量变化对整车性能的影响.根据灵敏度分析结果,选择有效的设计变量进行了整车扭转刚度优化.并且为了符合工程实际,优化过程中采用了离散的设计变量.

Abstract:In this paper, we establish a FEA model to calculate the torsional stiffness and do the modal analysis of the EQ6111LH bus body. The torsional stiffness and the first torsion mode frequency are selected to do the sensitivity analysis. Then according to the results of the sensitivity analysis, the appropriate design variables are chosen to perform the optimization for the torsinal stiffness of the bus. And discrete design variables are used in the process of optimization.
