微波炉的智能控制系统设计

摘    要:介绍了基于MCS-51单片机的微波炉智能控制系统.该系统采用温度传感器检测食物的温度,采用压力传感器检测食物的质量,通过模糊推理自动推算加热时间,实现微波炉系统的智能加热,从而避免了因操作者经验不足、设定时间不准确而造成的烹调失败.测试表明,该系统具有操作简单,控制精确的特点.

Abstract:This paper introduces an intelligent control system for microwave oven based on MCS-51, which detects food temperature with temperature sensors, detects food weight with pressure sensors, automatically induces heating time with fuzzy reasoning to realize the intelligent heating of a microwave oven, thus to avoid cooking failure because of the inexperienced, bad timing of operators. Tests show that this system possesses characteristics of easy operation and accurate control.
