| 摘 要： | １－羟基－６－三氟甲基苯并三唑与双酰卤化物反应，获得了三氟甲基苯并三唑双酰衍生物、双（６－三氟甲基苯并三唑）草酸酯（ＢＴＢＯ）和双（６－三氟甲基苯并三唑）邻苯二甲酸酯（ＢＴＢＰ）。其缩合试验表明是合成二肽的良好缩合剂。

| Abstract: | This paper describes the reaction of1-hydroxy-6-trifluoromethyl-benzotriazolewith dicarbonyl halides,affording 1,1'-bis(6-trifluoromethylbenzotriazolyl) oxalate (BTBO)and 1,1'-bis(6-trifluoromethylbenzotriazolyl)-phthalate(BTBP).Experiments showed theywere excellent condensation reagents for syn-thesis of dipeptides. |
