摘    要:通过工艺试验,确定了高强度丽绚涂层塑化阶段的工艺路线和工艺参数,使尾轴花键的涂层能够在整体状况下进行修复,并且进行了性能试验以及疲劳试验,解决了飞机飞行故障,消除了丽绚涂层脱落对飞机性能的影响.

Abstract:The technics confirms the technics folw and technics parameter of high intensity Rilsan coat by large numbers of experiment,the research cause of coat of caudal roller can be holistic repair,and carry through large numbers of capability experiment and fatigue test,it raveled out the fault of plane,eliminated the infection plane capability of break off of Rilsan coat.
