泽芪汤联合腹水超滤回输治疗肝硬化顽固性腹水的43例

目的探讨泽芪汤联合腹水超滤回输治疗肝硬化顽固性腹水的疗效及安全性。方法选择肝硬化顽固性腹水住院患者86例,随机分成2组,各43例,治疗组采用泽芪汤联合腹水超滤回输疗法,对照组采用单纯腹水超滤回输疗法,腹水超滤回输每周1次,每次4000~8000ml,直至B超提示腹水〈3cm。观察两组患者治疗后腹水消退情况、尿钠、血浆白蛋白、肝功能、总胆红素等变化。结果 2组患者症状均明显好转,其中治疗组总有效率达83.7%,对照组为60.4%,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组患者肝功能、白蛋白、总胆红素、尿钠均明显改善,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论泽芪汤联合腹水回输治疗顽固性腹水是安全、有效的方法,具有较好的疗效。

Clinical Observation of Intractable Ascites of Cirrhosis Treated by Zeqi Decoction Combined with Ascites Reinfusion Therapy

Objective To explore the effect and safety of Zeqi decoction combined with ascites reinfusion in treatment of intractable ascites of cirrhosis. Methods Hospitalized patients with intractable ascites of cirrhosis（86 cases） were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, 43 cases for each group. Patients in treatment group were given Zeqi decoction combined with ascites reinfusion therapy, patients in control group were treated with ascites reinfusion, once a week, each time 4000 ~8000ml, until 3cm ascites was suggested by B ultrasound examination. Urinary sodium, serum albumin, total bilirubin and liver function changes of two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results After treatment, symptoms were improved in all patients; the total effective rate of treatment group was 83.7 %, the total effective rate of control group was 60.4%, there was a significant difference between two groups（ P〈0.05）; More improvements of the liver function, albumin, total bilirubin, urinary sodium have been showed in patients of treatment group than control group（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Zeqi decoction combined with ascites reinfusion therapy is a safe and effective treatment for intractable ascites of cirrhosis.
