摘    要:针对发动机吞水试验用喷水装置的供水系统,需满足不同状态下差异较大的供水量需求。通过进行阀门特性试验,阀门开度在20%~100%范围内变化时,供水流量有较大变化的同时供水压力也有很大变化,从而不利于水滴粒径的有效控制。通过开展不同喷嘴数量条件下的调试试验,对管网调控特性进行分析,对于回水阀开度大于55%时的某一特定开度,随着喷嘴数量的增大,供水压力基本不变,而喷水流量随之增大;对于回水阀开度小于55%的某一特定开度,随着喷嘴数量的增多,供水压力有所减小,而喷水流量随之增大。因此采用阀门调节与喷嘴数量调整结合的调节方式,可将不同工况的供水压力控制在400kPa以上,试验过程中的影像记录及水滴粒径测量结果表明,可将水滴粒径有效控制在2mm以下,满足相关标准要求。

Abstract:The water supply system of the sprinkler for the engine water ingestion test needs to meet the different water supply demand. Through the value characteristics test, when the value opening in 20%~100% range changes, the water supply flow has a large change at the same time. The water supply pressure also varies greatly, which in not conducive to the effective control of droplet size. Though commissioning tests under different nozzle numbers, the pipe network regulation characteristics are analyzed. When the opening of the return value is greater than 55%, with the increase of the number of nozzles, the water pressure decreases, and the water supply pressure is basically unchanged and the water flow rate increases. For a certain opening of the return value less than 55%, with the increase of the number of nozzles, the water pressure decrease, and the water flow increses. Therefore, the value adjustment and the number of nozzle adjustment combined adjustment method, can control the water supply pressure in 400kPa above. The results of image recording an droplet diameter measurement show that droplet size can be effectively controlled below 2mm to meet the requirements of relevant standards.
