摘    要:武山铜矿是一大型地下铜硫矿山。南矿带-40m以上表外矿保有储量300万t,铜金属储量3.7万t,氧化矿占有率约65%。现矿山正常生产水平已下降至-80m,亟待解决-40m以上表外矿的回收问题。矿山建有年生产能力200t萃取-电积厂与地表堆场,完成了原地浸出采矿技术试验研究。本文根据矿床地质及生产技术状况,提出了地表堆浸与原地浸出回收方案。经过对两方案的技术、经济及环保安全等因素的综合分析比较,认为原地浸出方案较地表堆浸方案优越,应用原地浸出技术回收-40m以上表外矿切实可行

Abstract:Wushan Copper Mine is a large underground copper sulphide ore mine.There is about 3×10 6t proved reserves (containing 37000t copper metal) above-40m level of south zone.65% of the reserves is refractory oxidized ore.Now,working level is below-80m,so the recovery of the ore above-40m became an urgent problen.Meanwhile a 200t/a L SX EW plant has been bulit up,and an in situ leaching mining test at the mine has got a satisfactory result.In this paper,a pile leaching plan and an in situ leaching plan have been put forward according to the geological and technical conditions.Base on the analysis of technical,economical and environment protection requirements,the in situ leaching method is sugested.
