| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨宫颈癌组织中增殖细胞核抗原(proliferating cell nuclear antigen,PCNA)表达的意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测PCNA在64例宫颈癌组织,17例宫颈上皮内瘤变(Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CIN)及14例正常宫颈组织中的表达,分析其与临床病理特征的相关性。结果:PCNA蛋白在宫颈癌中的表达显著高于CIN及正常宫颈上皮(P<0.05);且与宫颈癌的病理分级有关。结论:PCNA在宫颈癌中组织表达异常增高,与癌细胞增殖关系密切。

The expression and significance of PCNA in cervical cancer |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the singnificance of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) expression in cervical cancer.Methods:Immunohistochemical SP method was opplied to determine the expression of PCNA in 64 cervical cancer tissues and 17 Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) cervical tissues and 14 normal cervical tissues.The relationship between the expression and clinical pathology was analyzed.Results:The positive rate of PCNA in cervical cancer was singnificantly higher than that in CIN and normal cervical tissues(P<0.05).The expression of PCNA in cervical cancer was associated with clinical stages.Conclusion:The over-exression of PCNA has a close relationship with the cell proliferation role in cervical cancer,suggesting that PCNA may play an important role in the development of cervix cancer. |
