利培酮口服液与奎硫平治疗脑血管病所致精神障碍疗效观察

目的评价利培酮口服液和奎硫平治疗脑血管病所致精神障碍的疗效和安全性。方法将62例脑血管病所致精神障碍患者随机分成两组,分别给予利培酮口服液和奎硫平治疗,疗程为6周。采用简明精神病量表（BPRS）评定疗效,副反应量表（TESS）评定不良反应。结果利培酮口服液和奎硫平治疗脑血管病所致精神障碍均有效且起效快,1周末活动过多因子分较治疗前比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,2周末BPRS总分和其他因子分较治疗前,6周末比较差异具有明显统计学意义（P〈0.01）,两种药物间疗效无显著性差异。两组不良反应均较少且轻微,不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论利培酮口服液与奎硫平疗效相似,均是治疗脑血管病所致精神障碍安全有效的药物。

Observation of Curative Effect on the Treatment to Mental Disorders Due to Vascular Disease with Risperidone Oral Solution and Quetiapine Respectively

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of risperidone oral solution and quetiapine on the treatment of mental disorders due to vascular disease.Methods62 patients were divided into risperidone oral solution group 31 cases and quetiapine group 31 cases randomly for 6 weeks.The curative effects were assessed with the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale（BPRS） and adverse effects with the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale（TESS）.Result This was fast and effective that risperidone oral solution and quetiapine on the treatment of mental disorders due to vascular disease.The mobilization factor score decreased at the end of the first week,showing statistical difference（P〈0.05）;Total and factor scores had statistical differences than before the treatment at the end of the second week（P〈0.05）,and had statistic significance obviously at the end of the sixth week（P0.01）.There was no significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Adverse reactions were less and slight.There were no significant differences between the incidence rate of two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Risperidone oral solution and quetiapine showed similar effect and were safe and effective on the treatment of mental disorders due to vascular disease.
