| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨儿童下呼吸道感染与肺炎支原体(MP)的关系。方法:采用金标免疫斑点法,对206例下呼吸道感染患儿和58例健康儿童进行血清肺炎支原体抗体(MP-IgM)检测。结果:下呼吸道感染患儿MP-IgM阳性率28.2%,健康儿童MP-IgM阳性率5.2%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),MP感染儿童可合并其他细菌感染。结论:MP感染与儿童下呼吸道感染密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the relationship between pneumonia mycoplasma infection and lower respiratory tract infection in children.Methods: Serum samples of 206 pediatric patients with lower respiratory infection and 58 normal children as control were detected by immunogold labeling technique for mycoplasma pneumonia antibody.Results: There was significant difference in positive rate of MP-IgM between the children with lower respiratory infection,28.2% and the normal children,5.2%(P<0.01).In addition to mycoplasma pneumonia infection,some children complicated with other types of bacterial infection.Conclusion: Pneumonia mycoplasma infection closely related with lower respiratory infection in children. |
