| 摘 要： | 在构建和谐社会和创建生态城市的潮流中,生态文化建设日益显示出其重要性。在分析生态文化内涵的基础上,提出了城市生态文化建设的指导思想、建设途径以及评价指标,可望为纷繁复杂的生态文化建设提供较为明晰的框架。

| Abstract: | In the course of building ecological city and harmonious society,more attentions are paid for the construction of urban ecological culture.Based on the analysis of connotation of ecological culture, directive principles,implementary approaches and evaluation index were proposed,which was expected to provide an explicit framework for complicated construction of urban ecological culture. |
