摘    要:为优化导流明渠设计方案,以明渠底板高程为设计变量,基于施工导截流系统的整体视角,从明渠导流工程成本、施工强度及导截流风险三方面入手,构建施工导流明渠多目标优化设计模型;采用线性加权和法将模型中的子目标函数耦合为单目标函数,运用粒子群算法求解模型。基于某水电工程实例,仿真分析明渠底板高程与导流工程成本、施工强度及导截流风险的关联特性,通过曲线估计拟合其函数关系式。在此基础上实现了对明渠底板高程的优化调整,验证了模型的可行性及有效性。结果表明:提出的优化模型能够实现导流工程成本、施工强度及导截流风险的综合考虑,尤其是考虑施工截流风险对优化结果的影响,能够有效地降低截流风险及风险损失。

Abstract:In order to optimize the objective of the design scheme for open diversion channel,a multi-objective optimal design model of construction open diversion channel is established herein from the aspects of the cost of the open channel diversion works,construction intensity and the risks from both the diversion and river closure by taking the floor elevation of open channel as the design variable on the basis of the holistic perspective of the construction diversion and river closure system,and then all of the sub-objective functions in the model are coupled into a single objective function with linear weighted method,while the model is solved with particle swarm optimization algorithm. Based on the actual case of a hydropower project,the floor elevation of the open channel and the cost of the diversion works,the construction intensity and the related characteristics of the risks from both the diversion and river closure are simulatively analyzed and their functional relation ships are fitted through the curve estimations concerned. On the basis of this,not only the optimization of the floor elevation of the open channel is realized,but the feasibility and effectiveness of the model are also verified. The study result shows that the optimal model proposed herein can realize the comprehensive consideration on the cost of the open channel diversion works,the construction intensity and the risks from both the diversion and river closure,especially on the impacts from the risks from both the diversion and river closure on the optimization result,thus can effectively lower the risk from river closure and the related loss from the risk.
