冠心宁、银杏叶注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效观察

目的:观察冠心宁、银杏叶注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效.方法:治疗组52例予冠心宁注射液、银杏叶注射液各10ml,每日一次静脉滴注,疗程2周,其它治疗方法与对照组50例相同.分别观察主要症状、体征变化,记录心绞痛发作次数,监测心电图、血粘度变化.结果:治疗组心绞痛、心电图总有效率(94.0%、88.0%)与对照组有效率(70.0%、68.0%)比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05),治疗组的血粘度的降低明显优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:冠心宁、银杏叶注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效确切.

Rapeutic Effect of Guanxinning Injection and Ginkgo Leaf Injection on Coronary Heart Disease with Angina Pectoris

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effects of Guanxinning injection and Ginkgo leaf injection on coronary heart disease with angina pectoris . Methods: 52 cases and 50 cases were collected respectively as control group and normal group. Control group were treated with Guanxingning injection and Ginkgo leaf injection, each given 10ml once a day and a treatment course lasting 2 weeks . Except the above-mentioned treatment, normal group was treated as the control group. The sysmptoms, attack of angina pectoris, ECG, blood viscosity in all cases were observed and recorded. Results:The total effective rates of angina pectoris and ECG in control group were 94.0% and 68.0% respectively, compared with 70.0% and 68.0% in normal group. There were a significant difference pectively, between two groups (P<0.05). There was also a significant difference in the improvement of cases' blood Viscosity between two groups.(P<0.05). Conclusion: Guanxinning injection and Ginkgo leaf injection was effective in treating coronary heart disease wih angina pectoris.
