| 摘 要： | 目的：为治疗肾囊肿和多囊肾提供一种更有效、安全的手段。方法：自行、研制了两型多孔肾脏穿刺针，Ⅰ型由多孔外鞘、内鞘和针芯构成；Ⅱ型由绝缘外套、多孔外鞘、内鞘和针芯构成。两型多孔肾脏穿刺针经皮穿刺治疗肾囊肿和多囊肾病人２６例，其中Ⅰ型针治疗单发性肾囊肿１３只、多发性肾囊肿６只、多囊肾９只；Ⅱ型针在多囊肾开放去顶手术后行隧道式穿刺９只。结果：全部病例收到良好效果。结论：多孔肾脏穿刺针隧道式穿刺法治疗肾脏囊肿是一种有效、安全的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To supply an effecitve and safe means for the treatment of patients with simple renal cyst or multicystic kidney.Methods:Two types of puncture needle designed by ourselves were used to treat 13 cases of simple renal cyst,6 multicystic kidney and 9 polycystic kidney.Results:All patients treated with the self made porous puncture needles recovered soon. Conclusion: The porous puncture needles are effective and safe for the treatment of patients with renal cystic diseases. |
