超硬质相对堆焊层耐磨性的影响

摘    要:本文在我们过去试验成果的基础上,对提高耐磨性起主要作用的crB、Cr_2B、WC、B_4C等硬质相,对等离子堆焊层耐磨性的影响进行了研究与比较。通过大量的试验结果与分析,表明了堆焊层组织、硬度与耐磨性的关系。试验结果认为:具有CrB、Cr_2B超硬质相堆焊层的耐磨性,比碳化物硬质相堆焊层的耐磨性有明显地提高。

Abstract:This paper compare the effects of hard phases "CrB" , "Cr2B" , "WC" , "B4C" , etc., which are important in promoting wear-resistance. The wear -resistance of the surfacing alloy and the relationship of metallographical structure hardness and wear-resistance are described. The results show that the wear-resistance of surfacing alloy contains hard phases CrB, Cr2B is better than that of the hard phase is carbonide.
