土壤食微线虫对温室气体排放的影响

摘    要:简述了土壤食微线虫在温室气体排放中的作用及可能的机制。食微线虫在养分释放、促进微生物多样性和功能稳定性、根系激素效应等方面均起了显著作用,特别食微线虫的选择取食、主动迁移和代谢分泌行为,不仅对土壤整体及根部产生影响,也会导致温室气体排放产生差异。不考虑根际微型土壤动物与微生物和根系的相互作用,就不可能对土壤微量气体代谢和调控机制有全面的认识。

Abstract:Contributions of soil microbial-feeding nematodes to greenhouse gases(GHGs) emissions and possible mode of action were reviewed.Nematodes in soil play an important role in release of plant available nutrient,microbial diversity and functional stability,hormonal effects on roots.Selective grazing,active dispersal and excretion by the microbial-feeding nematodes not only have an impact on the whole soil and roots,but GHGs emissions.It appeared that mechanistically understanding metabolism of soil trace gases ...
