| 摘 要： | 随着我国的城镇化和工业化进程的加快，出现了大量的失地农民。文章分析了“失地”给农民带来多方面的不利影响，建议构建保障措施：制定合理的征地赔偿费标准，经济补偿办法多样化；对失地农民进行培训，提高其自身素质；扩大就业面建立和完善保障制度。
