摘    要:合成了苯梯树脂及耐热黏料树脂,二者以适当的比例配合再添加填料、促进剂、催干剂等来制备一种胶黏剂,并对胶黏剂与钛合金、隔热材料的胶接进行了探索性研究,该胶黏剂是可以室温固化的有机硅树脂胶黏剂,胶黏剂对钛合金与耐热棉毡均有较好的粘接性能,并且制得的胶黏剂在较高温度(650℃)有着较小的热失重,符合了钛合金与隔热材料实际粘接的需求。

Abstract:The trapezoid polyphenylsilsesquioxane resin and heat-resistance sticky silicone resin were synthesized.An adhesive was prepared by blending filler,promoter,catalyst and the proportional mixture of the two silicone resins mentioned above.The bonding property between titanium alloy and thermal insulation material with above-mentioned adhesive was discussed.This adhesive was a kind of room temperature curing silicone adhesive,its bonding property was good either to titanium or to heat insulation blanket and the weight loss of the adhesive was small even at 650 ℃.The prepared adhesive could satisfy the practical bonding request between titanium alloy and heat insulation material.
