摘    要:利用α-硫辛酸、生物素、长醚链二胺等原料,用柱色谱进行纯化和分离,设计合成了标题化合物,并用1HNMR、GC-MS、IR等方法对中间体及目标产物的分子结构进行了表征.通过改变生物素分子中的侧链部分,可合成不同种类的生物素衍生物,增加了牛物素-亲合素/链霉亲合素/中性亲合素自组装膜体系的材料的种类,此自组装膜体系在分子器...

Abstract:Thioctic-(13-biotinoylamido-4,7,10-trioaxatridecaneamine)amide were synthesized by thioctic acid,diamine with ether linkage and biotin.The molecular structures of the intermediates and the target compounds were confirmed by 1HNMR,GC-MS and FT-IR.All kinds of biotinylated molecules can be synthesized by change the side of biotin.Thus applications and kinds of the material of biotin-avidin/streptavidin/neutravidin assembled systems were increased.This assembled systems have many applications in the fields.
