摘    要:采用营养液水培,研究了外源H2O2对盐胁迫下黄瓜品种“津春2号”幼苗根、茎、叶中Na^+和Cl^-含量的影响。结果表明:盐胁迫下黄瓜植株各器官中Na^+含量升高,茎和叶中Cl^-含量升高,Na^+和Cl^-主要在茎中积累;与单纯NaCl胁迫相比,NaCl+H2O2处理的黄瓜幼苗根中Na^+含量、根和茎中Cl^-含量均提高,叶中Na^+和Cl^-含量降低,幼苗生物积累量增加,明显缓解了盐胁迫的伤害。

Abstract:The effect of H2O2 on contents of Na and Cl-in root,stem and leaf of cucumber(Cucumis sativus L.) cultivar 'Jinchun No.2' seedling in hydroponics was investigated.The results showed that under salt stress,Na content in all of organs increased,Cl-content in stem and leaf increased,and Na and Cl-accumulated mainly in stem.Compared with the seedling treated with salt stress only,for cucumber seedling treated with NaCl H2O2,Na content in root,Cl-contents in root and stem all increased,Na and Cl-contents in leaf decreased,and seedling biomass increased,so foliar spraying H2O2 could alleviate damage of salt stress to cucumber seedling to a certain extent.
