摘 要: | 采用火焰钎焊技术,实现了Al/Cu管异种材料的中温钎焊连接。所采用的改进型的CsF-AlF3钎剂Si粉含量在1%时,钎焊接头的抗裂性能最好。本试验所采用的钎剂具有熔点低、免清洗、无腐蚀、钎剂活性佳和接头抗裂性能好等优点,该技术达到了国内领先水平。

FLAME BRAZING FOR DISSIMILAR MATERIALS OF Al/Cu TUBE |

Abstract: | The flame brazing technology for joining Al/Cu tube at middle-range temperature is realized. The optimal joint against cracking is produced by means of improved CsF-AlF 3 flux containing silicon powder about 1vol% and the brazing flux has excellent properties of low melting point, non- cleaning, good corrosion resistance and high brazing activity, and the brazed joints have good ductility. It is proved that the developed technology for Al/Cu tube achieves domestic leading level. |
