| 摘 要： | 目的：分析护理不良事件发生的原因,为患者安全和风险管理提供依据。方法：对该院2007年1～12月上报的45例护理不良事件资料进行调查分析。结果：护理不良事件发生的原因有4类,其中最常见的为患者安全管理不到位（46.7%）,护理核心制度不落实占33.0%。结论：为进一步提升护理服务品质,确保患者安全,应不断强化护理人员的安全意识,加强核心制度的落实,提高护理人员的专业素质。

| Abstract: | Objective:To provide evidence for patient safety and risk management by analyzing the causes of nursing related adverse events.Methods:Forty-five nursing related adverse events reported during January to December in 2007 at our hospital were collected and analyzed.Results:Four major failures were identified as the underlying causes of the incidents.46.7% of the adverse events were caused by insufficient management of patient safety,and 33.0% of incidents were associated with inadequate implementation of rul... |
