心理干预对卵巢癌化疗患者情绪及生活质量的影响

目的探讨心理干预对卵巢癌化疗患者情绪及生活质量的影响。方法将110例卵巢癌化疗患者随机分为干预组和对照组,每组各55例,对照组患者给予常规护理,干预组患者在常规护理基础上实施心理干预,干预后分别采用简明心境量表（profile of mood states-short form,POMS-SF）、生活质量核心量表（quality of life questionnaire-core 30,QLQ-C30）对两组患者进行调查。比较两组患者情绪及生活质量状况。结果心理干预后,干预组患者POMS-SF总分及紧张—焦虑、抑郁—沮丧、愤怒—敌意、疲乏—迟钝、迷惑—混乱得分明显低于对照组,精力—活力得分明显高于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）;干预组患者总体生活质量及躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、认知功能、社会功能、疲倦、恶心呕吐、疼痛得分明显优于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。结论心理干预有利于改善卵巢癌化疗患者情绪状况,提高患者生活质量。

Effect of psychological interventions on mood and quality of life of patients with ovarian cancer

Objective To explore the effect of psychological interventions on mood and quality of life of patients with ovarian cancer.Methods A total of 110 ovarian cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy were randomly assigned into the intervention group and the control group,with 55 cases in each group.Both groups received the routine nursing care.Besides,the intervention group received psychological intervention.All the patients were evaluated by Profile of Mood States-Short Form（POMS-SF）and Quality of Life Questionnaire-Core 30（QLQ-C30）before and after the intervention.Results After psychological intervention,the POMS-SF total score and tension-anxiety,anger-hostility,fatigue-slow,confusion-confusion score of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group（all P 0.05）.The intervention group was better than the control group in terms of the overall quality of life and the role and function,the emotional function,cognitive function,fatigue,nausea and vomiting（all P 0.05）.Conclusion Psychological and behavioral interventions may be effective in the improvement of mental health and quality of life of ovarian cancer patients.
