封闭式负压吸引、氧气、臭氧联合治疗软组织缺损的疗效观察

目的探讨封闭式负压吸引、氧气、臭氧联合治疗软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法 40例软组织缺损患者随机分为对照组（根据病情分别给予游离植皮覆盖、二期缝合、局部皮瓣移位修复等手术治疗）和观察组（对照组手术治疗基础上,给予封闭式负压吸引、氧气、臭氧联合治疗）,每组各20例,对两组住院时间、肉芽组织覆盖创面时间,以及创面愈合情况进行观察和比较。结果与对照组比较,观察组住院时间、肉芽组织覆盖创面时间均显著缩短（P〈0.05）。两组创面愈合,死腔完全消除,没有出现明显并发症,创面细菌培养阴性。结论对于软组织缺损患者,手术治疗基础上,给予封闭式负压吸引、氧气、臭氧联合治疗,能够提高治疗的临床疗效。

An evaluation of the combination of closed suction,oxygen, ozone as a therapy in treating soft tissue defect

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of the combination treatment of closed suction , oxygen , ozone for the softtissuedefect.Method 40patientswithsofttissuedefectinourhospitalduringtheperiodfromDecember,2007to October , 2012 were randomly divided into a control group （ free skin graft coverage , two suture , local skin flap for repairing operation treatment respectively based on the patients＇condition） and an experimental group （the combination treatment of closed suction, oxygen, ozone on the basis of the operation treatment ）, each consisting of 20 patients.The hospitalization time, coverage wound time of granulation tissue , and the wound healing situation in the two groups were observed and compared.Findings compared with the control group, the hospitalization time 45.0 ±8.0 vs 63.0 ±12.0） and the coverage wound time of granulation tissue （9.0 ±4.0 vs 17.0 ±5.0） were significantly reduced in the experimental group with statistical differences , P〈0.05.The wounds were healed and the die cavity was completely eliminated without any prominent complications or negative wound bacterial culture .Conclusion For the patients with soft tissue defect , the combination treatment of closed suction, oxygen, ozone based on the respective operation treatment can significantlyimprove the curative effect.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
