一种建筑石蜡乳液憎水剂的研制与应用

研究了用58#全炼蜡制备一种蜡乳液的方法。在确定最佳乳化温度(85±2)℃条件下考查了乳化剂用量、功能添加剂A用量、乳化工艺对乳液稳定性的影响。实验结果表明,当Span-80加入量为3.95%(w),Tween-80加入量4.55%(w),功能添加剂A加入量为0.3%(w),乳化时间为30~35 min,搅拌速度为1000r/min时,可以制取一种满足建筑防水粉质量和生产要求、固含量为25%的石蜡乳液憎水剂。

Preparation and Aplication of Wax-Emulsion HydrophobicAgent for Building

A preparation method of wax-emulsion from 58# fully refined paraffin wax was studied. Under the optimum emulsifying temperature (85±2)℃, effect of emulsifier dosage, function additive A dosage and emulsion process on prepared emulsion stability was investigated. The results show that, the best process conditions are as follows: Span-80 dosage 3.95%(w) , Tween-80 dosage 4.55%(w), functional additive A dosage 0.3% (w), the emulsifying-temperature 30~35℃, the stirring speed 1000 r/min. Under above conditions, wax-emulsion hydrophobic agent with solid content of 25% can be prepared; it can meet requirements of quality and production of building waterproof powder.
