蒲芪通补方治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床疗效观察

目的:观察蒲芪通补方治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例湿热瘀阻型慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组给予蒲芪通补方,对照组给予前列解毒胶囊治疗,疗程均为4周。评价两组的临床疗效,比较两组患者治疗前后的慢性前列腺炎症状评分(NIH-CPSI)及前列腺液(EPS)检查白细胞计数的改善情况。结果:治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为93.33%和80.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的各项症状评分及EPS检查白细胞计数情况较治疗前均显著改善(P<0.05),且治疗组在改善疼痛不适、排尿异常等症状评分方面疗效优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:蒲芪通补方治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎具有较好的疗效。

Clinical Effects of "Puqi Tongbu Recipe" on Chronic Non-bacterial Prostatitis

Objective: To observe the effects of "Puqi Tongbu Recipe" on chronic non-bacterial prostatitis.Methods: Sixty patients with chronic non-bacterial prostatitis of dampness-heat stasis type were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases).The treatment group was treated by "Puqi Tongbu Recipe" and the control group was treated by "Qianlie Jiedu Capsule",with a course of four weeks.The clinical effects were evaluated,and the scores of NIH-CPSI and the leucocyte count in expressed prostatic secretion(EPS)were observed.Results: The total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 93.33% and 80.00% respectively,with a statistical difference between two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores and leucocyte count in EPS improved significantly in two groups compared with that of before treatment(P<0.05),and the symptoms such as pain and abnormal micturition improved more obviously in treatment group than control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion: "Puqi Tongbu Recipe" has good effects on chronic non-bacterial prostatitis and is worth widely using in clinic.
