增免抑瘤颗粒对晚期卵巢癌患者术后化疗期生存质量的影响

目的观察增免抑瘤颗粒对晚期卵巢上皮癌术后化疗患者生存质量的影响。方法将104例Ⅲ-Ⅳ期卵巢癌细胞减灭术后患者按分层随机法分为治疗组54例和对照组50例。两组化疗方案均为紫杉醇+卡铂静脉给药,治疗6个疗程,治疗组在化疗期内口服增免抑瘤颗粒剂。采用Karnofsky评分及癌症治疗功能评价系统卵巢癌子系统(FACT-O)观察两组化疗期生存质量。结果①两组化疗各期卡氏评分均较治疗前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);治疗组中、后期卡氏评分与上一期比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);对照组中、后期卡氏评分与上一期比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组同期比较,化疗各期卡氏评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。②治疗组化疗初期、中期、后期FACT-O各项评分及总分与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);除化疗初期FACT-O评分中功能状态评分及总分外,对照组各项评分均较治疗前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。除化疗中期功能状况评分无变化外,治疗化疗中期、后期FACT-O各项评分及总分与上一期比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);除化疗中期社会/家庭状况评分、晚期卵巢癌特异状况评分无变化外,对照组化疗中期、后期各评分与上一期比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。两组同期比较,FACT-O各项评分及总分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论增免抑瘤颗粒能显著改善晚期卵巢癌术后化疗患者的生存质量,且在化疗早期就显示出良好的疗效。

Influence of "ZengmianYiliu Granule" on quality of life in patients with advanced ovarian cancer during chemotherapy period

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of "ZengmianYiliu Granule" on quality of life in patients with advanced epithelial ovarian cancer underwent surgery and chemotherapy.Methods One hundred and four patients at stage III-IV were divided into treatment group of 54 cases and control group of 50 cases.Chemotherapy regimens of the paclitaxel plus carboplatin were used in both groups for 6 courses."ZengmianYiliu Granule" was used in treatment group.The quality of life of patients was observed at different stages of chemotherapy by KPS score and FACT-O.Results The KPS score of the treatment group in different stages of chemotherapy was significantly higher than that before chemotherapy(P<0.01);while in the control group,the score was obviously decreased at the initial chemotherapy(P<0.05),and then increased at the middle and late term of chemotherapy(P <0.01).FACT-O analysis: The scores of physical condition and ovarian-specific condition in treatment group were significantly higher than that of the chemotherapy group(P<0.01),the functional status was significantly higher than that of the control group in the early and mid-chemotherapy(P<0.01).In the social and family situation,the indexes were decreased in both groups and the treatment group had no significant advantage.In emotional states,the scores of the treatment group,in all phases,was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).FACT-O total scores: The total score in treatment group was significant higher than that of in control group at early-term of chemotherapy,especially at the medium-term and the terminal-term(P<0.01).Conclusion "ZengmianYiliu Granule" has good performance in improving the quality of life in patients with advanced ovarian cancer during chemotherapy.
