钻井液气体分析检测技术研究

摘    要:对近年来在钻井液脱气、气体分析及分析评价等方面的技术现状和最新成果进行了总结。脱气器是气体检测的重要环节,也是困扰定量化分析的瓶颈,半透膜脱气技术在一定程度上解决了现有脱气器脱气效率不稳定的问题。全烃检测正在从传统的FID(氢火焰离子鉴定器)法向红外方式转移,红外气体检测成为国外气体检测的新热点。组分分析在传统的分析方法下,正朝着快速化和现场化发展。油气评价方面,Pixler法、3H法、三角图版法是当前的主要油气评价方法, 如何利用人工智能帮助提高油气评价符合率也是关注的焦点。指出钻井液气体分析检测技术正朝着检测快速化、多样化、评价智能化和井下随钻方向发展。

Abstract:It is reviewed here the evolvement history of gasometry technology for drilling fluids; and it is summarized that the present status and the latest achievements made regarding gas separation, gas analysis, and evaluation technology. Gas separation is an important link during gas detection, and is also the bottle neck troubling quantitative analysis. The present semi-permeable membrane separation technology can address the unstable gas separation efficiency problem of the existing gas separators. Full hydrocarbon analysis is transferring from traditional FID method (flame ionization detector) to infrared detection method. The infrared gas detection has become the new hotspot in foreign countries. And the traditional composition analysis method is moving towards fast speed and being suitable for field use. And currently the Pixler method, 3H method, and triangle chart board method are the major oil/gas evaluation methods. And it is also a focus how to apply artificial intelligence to improve the correspondence rate of oil/gas evaluation. To conclude, this article predicts the gasometry technology for drilling fluids is moving towards high speed, diversification, intelligent evaluation and downhole detection/measurement while drilling.
