川芎嗪对大鼠脑缺血/再灌注肝损伤的影响

摘    要:目的:观察川芎嗪对大鼠脑缺血-再灌注肝损伤的影响。方法:采用Pulsinelli的方法建立大鼠急性全脑缺血/再灌注模型。将Wistar大鼠随机分为3组,即假手术对照组、缺血/再灌注组(I/R)和川芎嗪+缺血/再灌注组(TMP+I/R),分别测定各组肝组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-PX)、丙二醛(MDA)、Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶的含量及肝细胞形态学变化。结果:川芎嗪治疗组肝组织MDA含量明显低于缺血/再灌注组(P<0.01),SOD,GSH-PX,Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶的含量均明显高于缺血再灌注组(P<0.01),肝细胞形态学异常变化明显减轻。结论:川芎嗪能减少大鼠脂质过氧化,改善ATP酶的功能,减轻大鼠脑缺血/再灌注所致肝脏损伤。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the effects of tetramethylpyrazine(TMP)on Liver Injury in Ischemia/reperfusion of Brain in Rats.Methods : We deploy Pulsinellis method to construct model of brachychronic ischemia /reperfusion(I/ R) of brain in rats.Divided the rats randomly into three groups: sham operated group;I/ R group;TMP+ I/R group.The liver tissues were gathered and homogenized respectively,and the contents of SOD,GSH-PX,MDA and ATPase were detected,and morphological changes of hepatocytes were assayed.Results: The contents of MDA in liver in therapeutic groups were less than that in I/R group(P< 0.01),the contents of SOD,GSH-PX and Ca2 +-Mg2 +-ATPase in therapeutic groups were higher than those in I/R group(P< 0.01),and the normal morphological changes of hepatocytes were diminished remarkably.Conclusion: Tetramethylpyrazine can reduce lipid peroxidation,improve ATPase activity and decrease the injury of liver tissue in the rats after cerebullar ischemiareperfusion.
