| 摘 要： | 结合椭圆曲线上的Tate配对和混合加密体制，提出了一种新的短签名加密算法。针对手机自身的特点，利用该算法构造了一个安全有效的手机支付系统，并进行了安全性和有效性分析。

| Abstract: | Combined Tate pairing defined on elliptic curves and hybrid cryptosystem, a new signcryption algorithm is introduced in this paper.Based on the signcryption algorithm and the properties of the mobile,a novel mobile payment system is proposed.Its security and efficiency performances are also analyzed. |
