摘    要:滨435-1HF井是胜利油田第一口在低孔超低渗滩坝砂区块实施长水平段分段压裂改造以期获得较高产能的重点试验井。该井完钻井深5007m,水平位移1652m,水平段长1161m。该井上部地层岩性胶结疏松,易发生坍塌,钻井液的主要作用是抑制地层粘土造浆;水平段储层薄、横向变化快,砂岩与泥岩、灰岩呈互层,泥岩夹层易水化膨胀,造成井壁失稳;水平段井眼尺寸小、循环压耗大,泵压高,排量低,携岩困难,对钻井液润滑、携砂、防塌性能要求较高。因此试验使用了有机盐(甲酸钾)高混油比水基钻井液体系,充分利用该体系的强抑制等特性,较好地完成了该井的钻探工作。

Drilling fluid technology for the horizontal well of Bin435-ping1

Abstract:Bin435-ping1 well is the first test well of separate layer fracturing the long horizontal section in the low porosity and low permeability sub-block in Shengli oil field.The depth of the well is 5007 m,and the length of horizontal reach is 1652 m,and the length of the lateral section is1161 m.Because of poor consolidation in upper formation,the main function of drilling fluid is to inhibit slurry.As a result of the sandstone mudstone and limestone of horizontal section with thin reservoir,the mudstone is easy to hydration swelling,causing borehole un-stability.In terms of the slim hole of horizontal section,which caused large circulating pressure,high pump pressure,low pump displacement and hard carrying cutting,the drilling fluid with strong inhibition to preventing hole caving should be used.Therefore we tried on using the drilling fluids based on organic salt with high mixed oil,and made full use of its high inhibition completely drilling this well.
