水电站巨型加劲输水钢管外压稳定设计方法研究

摘    要:应用Mises理论和弹性环外压稳定分析理论,同时考虑结构失稳时材料的塑性影响,分析了大型水电站建设中的巨型加劲输水钢管临界失稳时的外压承载力及失稳形态与管径、壁厚、加劲环形状、尺寸、布置间距及材料力学性能之间的关系。应用本文给出的设计曲线和设计方法,可使管身段和加劲环部位管段获得相同或相近的抗外压失稳能力,又可使钢管在承受外压时的稳定性与材料强度安全协调一致,达到安全与经济的合理统一。

A study on design method of stability on huge lock bar steel pipe of hydroelectric station under external pressure

Abstract:Using Mises theory and stability analysis theory of elastic ring under external pressure, considering material's plastic effect of losing stability on constructions, the paper analyzed the connection of bearing capacity of huge bracing steel tube in great water power station building critical losing stability and pattern under external pressure and steel tube diameter, wall thickness, bracing ring form, dimension, arrangement spacing and material mechanics capability. Using the design curve and method , the steel tube body and looping pipe can obtain same or near resisting losing stability under external pressure, stability of water conveyance steel tube under external pressure. The material's intensity is safe harmonizing and identical, so that reaching safety and economy is in reason and unified. It put forward a new feasible thinking for stability design on huge lock bar steel pipe under external pressure.
