摘    要:介绍了薄膜扩散梯度(DGT)技术的基本原理,着重评述了其在环境监测中测定重金属有效态和预测重金属生物有效性的应用研究,并展望了DGT技术的发展趋势(引用文献43篇)。

Abstract:A review on the principle of diffusive gradients in thin-films technique(DGT) was presented, relating especially to its application to determination of the bioactive species and bioactive effectivity of heavy metals in environmental monitoring,and future trends of DGT(43 ref.cited).
