见习护士压力因素的分析与对策

目的分析见习护士工作压力的主要来源,针对问题制定出相应策略以减轻见习护士工作压力;帮助见习护士顺利度过见习期,提高其工作质量与效率,以更好地服务于患者。方法便利抽样选取2015年上海东方肝胆外科医院100名见习护士作为调查对象,应用《中国护士工作压力源量表》进行问卷调查。根据各压力来源,结合对护理人员综合素质的调查,整理出见习护士产生压力的因素,并制定出相应措施进行管理。结果100名调查对象中压力较大者共62人(62%),压力一般者共26人(26%),其余情况较少见。见习护士工作压力来源,主要以"护理的患者突然死亡"等10种压力源为主。进一步分析得出:见习护士工作压力主要来自护理专业及工作方面的问题(40.90%),其次为工作量及时间分配问题(27.84%)、患者护理方面的问题(21.62%)两方面。结论见习护士工作压力主要来自护理专业与工作问题、工作量及时间分配问题等诸多方面,并且压力较大。通过见习护士的压力源的研究并探讨相应对策,增进见习护士身心健康,对提高护理质量具有重要意义。

Analysis and Countermeasures of Stress Factors of Trainee Nurses

Objective To analyze the main source of trainee nurses‘ work pressure,in order to formulate corresponding strategies to reduce trainee nurses' work pressure,and to improve nurses working quality and efficiency,which can better service patients.Methods By convenience sampling,100 trainee nurses were selected and investigated by using ‘work pressure sources of Chinese nurses’ questionnaire.The main sources of work pressure of trainee nurses were investigated.According to every source of pressure,combined with the survey of nursing staff comprehensive quality,the influencing factors of work stress were concluded,and corresponding measures were proposed.Results Among 100 cases,a total of 62 cases(62％)was under great pressure,26 cases(26％) were under general pressure,the other situation was relatively rare.The sources of work pressure in trainee nurses were most about sudden death of patients,and other 10 sources.Further analyis of the ten kinds of work stress sources indicated:trainee nurses' work pressure mainly came from nursing and working problems(40.90％),followed by workload and time allocation problems(27.84％),and patient care issues(21.62％).Conclusions The sources of work pressure in trainee nurses are mainly come from the nursing and work problems,workload and time allocation problems,and many other aspects,and trainee nurses usually under great pressure.The study of trainee nurses' stress factors and discusses the corresponding countermeasures have important practical significance in improving the quality of nursing and enhancing trainee nurses' physical and mental health.
