基于Ventsim的独头掘进面局部通风技术研究

摘    要:大尹格庄金矿在独头掘进时往往依靠经验和简单计算进行局扇及风筒选择的做法,无法满足深部掘进面局部通风精细化管理的要求,亟须建立一套更加便捷、精确的局部通风设计体系。借助Ventsim软件风筒计算功能对该矿现有4类局扇及配套风筒通风能力进行分析,得到各自在有 1个直角弯头时能够满足浅部区域最低风量要求的通风距离。为设计一套更加精细的局部通风系统,选取该矿-556 m 水平大巷、-796 m水平大巷、-616~-676 m斜坡道、-796~-900 m斜坡道 4个具有代表性的较长距离掘进工程,在进行需风量计算的基础上,利用Ventsim软件的风量与风筒长度功能、风机与风筒长度功能进行局扇和风筒搭配选型,并在三维通风模型中进行模拟分析验证。模拟风量与风筒计算器计算结果相比,平均差值为0.2 m3/s,差值主要受转弯局部阻力和空气势能影响。在风筒计算器计算结果的基础上,提出了两种优化调整方法。

Local Ventilation Technology for Single Head Excavation Face Based on Ventsim
Abstract:During the single head excavation of Dayingezhuang Gold Mine, the selection of local fans and air ducts often relies on experience and simple calculations, which cannot meet the requirements of refined management of local ventilation in deep excavation faces. Therefore, a more convenient and accurate local ventilation design system needs to be established. By utilizing the Ventsim software"s air duct calculation function, the ventilation capacity of the existing four types of local fans and supporting air ducts in the mine was analyzed, and the ventilation distances that could meet the minimum air volume requirements in shallow areas were obtained when each had one right angle elbow. In order to study a more refined local ventilation design system, four representative long-distance excavation projects of the mine, namely -556 m horizontal roadway, -796 m horizontal roadway, -616 m to -676 m ramp, and -796 m to -900 m ramp, were selected. Based on the calculation of the required air volume, the combination selection of local fans and ducts was carried out using the air volume and duct length functions, as well as the fan and duct length functions of Ventsim software, And simulation analysis and verification were conducted in the three-dimensional ventilation model. The average difference between the simulated air volume and the calculated results of the air duct calculator was 0.2 m3/s, which was mainly affected by the local turning resistance and air potential energy. Two optimization and adjustment methods were proposed based on the calculated results of the air duct calculator.
