欢喜岭油田管杆偏磨特点及防治技术

摘    要:从欢喜岭油田生产实际出发,较全面地分析了欢喜岭油田开发中后期后,出现杆、管严重偏磨的特点、偏磨原因及防偏磨对策;重点阐述了一种新型防偏磨技术-双向保护抽油杆接箍的技术原理和工艺特点。通过实际应用,有效地解决了管杆偏磨严重的问题,减少了管杆断、脱、漏事故的发生,取得了较好的经济效益。

Abstract:The paper analyzed the features and reasons of tubing and rod eccentric wear in middle-later period of Huanxiling oilfield development, and put forward preventive measures of eccentric wear. At the same time, the technical principle and technical characteristic of bi-directional protected box coupling were introduced. Through field application, the bi-directional protected box coupling technology solved effectively the tubing and rod eccentric wear problem, reduce the accident of break off, dropout and leakage of tubing, and obtained good economic benefit.
