通航飞机电路老龄化检测方法研究

摘    要:随着通航飞机的使用年限增长,老龄化问题也日益凸显。通航飞机的老龄化主要体现在电路老化问题上,并且电路老化集中表现为电气线路的老化。本文选取服役时间较长,老龄化问题较为突出的通航飞机,展示具体的老龄化问题实例。提出了通航飞机电路老化的检测方法,具体方法包括:目视检测、量具检测、电路及电子部件检测、使用线路故障测试定位仪检测。根据检测方法的理论方法,进行了验证性实验,实验结果表明本文提出的检测方法具有可行性。

Abstract:With the increasing service life of navigable aircraft,the problem of aging is becoming increasingly prominent.The aging of navigable aircraft is mainly reflected in the problem of circuit aging,and the circuit aging is mainly reflected in the aging of electrical circuits.This paper selects navigable aircraft with long service time and prominent aging problem to show specific examples of aging problem.This paper puts forward the detection methods of circuit aging of navigable aircraft,including visual detection,measuring tool detection,circuit and electronic components detection,and line fault test locator detection.According to the theoretical method of detection method,confirmatory experiments are carried out.The experimental results show that the detection method proposed in this paper is feasible.
