摘    要:利用交通事故的统计数据对各种违法行为在事故形成过程中的作用进行量化,提出违法行为过错系数概念,并给出量化方法,通过违法行为过错系数的分级,提出基于过错系数的事故责任认定方法,实际案例应用证明该方法可以明显细化交通事故责任认定的比例,推动事故责任认定向公平、科学、合理的方向发展。

Abstract:It makes use of the traffic statistics to quantify the role of various violations in the the accidents formation process,proposes the violations fault coefficient,and gives the quantitative method.The accident responsibility confirmation method is provided based on fault coefficient by violations fault coefficient grading,which can significantly determine the proportion of traffic accident responsibility through the application of practical case,and promote the accident responsibility confirmation to a fair,scientific and rational development direction.
