Al_2O_3p/ZQSn6-6-3复合材料及其摩擦磨损特性

摘    要:利用化学镀技术对增强颗粒Al2O3进行表面包覆Ni或Cu,用粉末冶金法制取Al2O3p/ZQSn663复合材料,研究了烧结工艺、颗粒体积分数、颗粒度、颗粒表面包覆Ni和Cu对复合材料性能的影响规律,综合评述了该材料的磨擦磨损行为。结果表明,化学镀Ni和Cu包覆Al2O3颗粒工艺能够有效地提高颗粒增强复合材料的耐磨性能。

Abstract:Chemical plating technique was used to coat the surface of Al 2O 3 particles with Ni and Cu separately. P/M technique was applied to fabricate Al 2O 3p/ZQSn6 6 3 Composites. Effects of Al 2O 3 particle size, content and the chemical coating of the surface of the Al 2O 3 particle on the properties of the composites were studied, and the tribological properties of the materials were also discussed. The results indicated that, suitable size and content of Al 2O 3 particles help to improve the wear resisting properties of the composites. The processing of chemical plating to coat Al 2O 3 particles is an efficient way of enhancing the wear resisting properties of the composites.
