计算机辅助药厂车间工艺设计的探索与实践

介绍了药厂车间工艺设计环节，借助计算机辅助工艺设计的手段，在工艺计算中，将有关工艺参数、估测经验参数和物性常数分别列入相关电子表格数据库，编制了物料衡算、能量衡算、设备选型计算、换热器传热系数校核和有关工程经济的计算模块computation module，首次实现了物料衡算、能量衡算、设备选型计算、换热器传热系数校核和有关工程经济的同步联动计算，提高了计算精度和自动化程度；在工艺设计中，实现了即时随电子表格数据库内容变化，动态输出设计说明书和物料流程图中的计算内容，即时显示带控制点的工艺流程图、主要设备的平立面布置图和部分设备的局部配管图中设备住号的变化。提高了设计效率。

Intheprocessdesignofworkshopsin pharmaceutical plant, byusingthemethodofcomputeraidedprocessdesign, the relevant rocess parameters, empirical parameters and property constants were collected to form the database. Then, the computation model for the alculation o f mass balance and energybalance, the selection of equipment, the checkingofheattransfercoefficient and the calculation of ngineering economy was developed, by which the dynamic synchronization ofthecalculation was realized in first time, the calculation recisionandautomaticdegreewereincreased,andthedesignefficiencywasenhanced.
