| 摘 要： | 建立高效液相色谱法测定消炎利胆冲剂中黄芩苷含量的方法。色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAX SB-C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为0.2%磷酸溶液-甲醇(52:48),流速1.0 m L?min~(-1),检测波长276 nm,柱温28℃。黄芩苷在0.476~476μg?m L~(-1)的范围内与其峰面积线性关系呈良好,其平均回收率为101.9%,RSD为1.31%。本法准确、易于操作,重现性与稳定性较好,可用于消炎利胆制剂中主要有效成分黄芩苷的含量测定。

| Abstract: | A HPLC method for determination of baicalin content in xiaoyanlidan granules was established.The column was agilent ZORBAX SB-C18(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μ m),mobile phase was 0.2％ phosphate acid and methanol (52:48).The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1.The detection wavelength was 276 nm,and the column temperature was 28 ℃.The linear range was 0.476 ～476 μ g ·mL-1.The average recovery was 101.9％,RSD=l.31％.The established method is accurate,easy to operate,and has good reproducibulity and stability,so it is suitable for the quality control of xiaoyanlidan granules. |
