整合Information和Intelligence研究，实现情报学的可持续发展

指出客观知识组织发展第三阶段的主要矛盾是从知识中寻找智慧，这一矛盾是区分information和intelligence研究的基础。认为确立intelligence研究的关键问题在于视角的转换。分析intelligence的四个研究方面内容，即军事与安全情报，战略情报，科技与技术经济情报，企业情报。认为整合不同领域的intelligence研究的任务包括探讨其共同的学科理论基础，研究其具有共性的程序和方法。最后指出中国在情报学研究领域的独特优势，能够为世界情报学的发展做出贡献。

Integration of Information and Intelligence Research to Realize a Sustainable Development of Information Science

There are three stages in the development of objective knowledge organization. The main conflict of the third stages of objective knowledge organization is how to seek wisdom from knowledge. This is the basis of distinguishing information study and intelligence study. This paper analyzes the four aspects of intelligence study, which include military and security intelligence, strategic intelligence, sci-tech and economic intelligence, and business(competitive) intelligence as well. The authors point out that the tasks of study on the integration information and intelligence consist of exploring the theoretic foundation of intelligence study and the common procedure and methods in various fields. It is also thought in the paper that China can make great contribution to the information science with its unique advantages in the innovation of information science.
