大体积混凝土早期温度发展规律及温度控制

摘    要:本文通过对桥栋大体积混凝土的温度测试,获得混凝土内部瞬时的温度场和温度发展规律.事先安装冷却管减缓混凝土内部水泥水化,控制内部的温升,并根据现场实测温度调整表面覆盖层的厚度进行养护,这样可以减小表层与中心温差,从而可以减少或杜绝混凝土的表面和内部的微裂缝.此外根据工程实际利用有限元软件ANSYS,进行混凝土温度场的数值模拟.

Abstract:Through having measured the temperature of bridge pier mass concrete, instant internal concrete temperature field and the rule of temperature development was obtained. Pre-embedding cooling duct in concrete slow up cement hydration rate , control the internal concrete temperature rise and according to measured temperature to adjust the cover thickness, so it reduce internal-surface temperature difference. Thus it reduce or avoid the crack arising. Additionally, according to engineering practice utilizing finite software- ANSYS, the temperature distribution of mass concrete was got through mathematical analysis.
