摘    要:当前,多数研究者认为农村教师存在教学专业性不够、教学研究不足、教学信心缺乏等问题。然而,从学生需求、社会需求以及学术需求来看,农村教师有着自身的目标与任务。因而,农村教师应该建立独特的专业知识、实践知识与行为模式。

Abstract:Many researchers think recently that teachers in rural areas are lack of teaching profession, teaching research and teaching confidence. In fact, rural teachers have their own developing tasks and goals from the demands of rural students, the community and the science. Thus, rural teachers should establish unique profes-sional knowledge, practical knowledge and behavior patterns.
