| 摘 要： | 当前，多数研究者认为农村教师存在教学专业性不够、教学研究不足、教学信心缺乏等问题。然而，从学生需求、社会需求以及学术需求来看，农村教师有着自身的目标与任务。因而，农村教师应该建立独特的专业知识、实践知识与行为模式。

In fact, rural teachers have their own developing tasks and goals from the demands of rural students, the community and the science. Thus, rural teachers should establish unique profes-sional knowledge, practical knowledge and behavior patterns. |
