摘    要:为研究钢筋混凝土构件的静态破裂规律,采用预留钻孔和内部预埋应变砖的方法,进行了钢筋混凝土梁的静态破裂试验。通过内置12个应变砖测得的钢筋混凝土梁内部应变以及梁破裂面的裂缝宽度变化,分析了钢筋混凝土梁在静态破裂过程中的应变变化和破坏形态。试验结果表明:孔内膨胀应力作用下,裂缝优先由孔周边向最小抵抗线方向的自由面扩展;同一排药孔位置的应变大小以及变化趋势大致相同;逐排灌孔的静态破碎方式能够顺利破裂钢筋混凝土构件,构件呈梅花状破裂。研究结果为静态破裂技术在钢筋混凝土工程中的应用提供了试验参考依据。

Abstract:In order to study the failure discipline on reinforced concrete members by using static cracking agent, the static cracking tests was carried out by measuring the reserved holes and embedding the strain bricks in the rein-forced concrete beams. The strain variation and failure mode of the reinforced concrete beams was discussed in the test,through the internal strain measured by 12 built-in strain bricks of reinforced concrete beam and the crack width changes on the beam failure surface. The results show that the cracks under the expansive stress in holes,prior to sur-rounding holes,had the action of extending to the direction of the minimum burden of free surface. Different strain po-sitions corresponding to the same rows showed the same trends. Static crushing by drainage and irrigation holes could crack reinforced concrete members successfully,and the failure mode was similar to the plum blossom. The test pro-vides an experimental reference for the application of static crushing technology in reinforced concrete engineering.
