底片超声波定影技术研究

摘    要:定影技术是冲洗过程的关键环节,定影速度的快慢直接影响着整个冲洗过程的效率,从而影响获取航空侦察图像情报的时效性.本文提出了一种利用超声波技术提高底片定影速度的方法.首先将定影液放入带有超声波发生器的定影槽中对底片进行定影,并记录透射密度值数据,根据数据绘制相对密度随定影时间变化的曲线,根据变化曲线分析底片定影时间.与传统定影技术相比较,超声波定影速度是传统定影速度的1.65倍,并且超声波功率对底片定影速度影响不大,超声波的振动也不会对感光材料上的影纹产生影响.通过实验证明,利用超声波定影技术能够提高定影速度,具有较高的适用性.

Research on Ultrasonic Fixing Technology of Film

Abstract:Fixing technology is the key step in the process, its speed directly related with the efficiency of process, and consequently influences the efficiency of aviation reconnaissance. A method for improving film fixing speed with ultrasonic technology was put forward. Firstly, the fixing liquid was added into fixing tank equipped with ultrasonic generator, and data of transmission density were recorded in fixing and the corelation curve of relative density vs fixing time was drawn. Compared with the traditional technique of fixing, the fixing speed of ultrasonic is 1.65 times of the traditional fixing, and ultrasonic power has less influence to the fixing speed, the vibration of ultrasonic also has no influence on the texture of sensitive material. Experiment results show that ultrasonic fixing technology can accelerate the fixing speed in practical fixing process
